Liked the food, closest to Indian in Hamburg. We asked to make the food spicy(Indian) and they had made it real spice. We had ordered many curries and naan. Curries had too much oil otherwise the taste was good. Dal makhani and kofta curry were the best. The kräuter Lassi was horrible: no salt, no taste(Who adds dil leaves to Lassi?). The Lassi spoiled the whole dinner experience, hope they change the recipe of that.

You get indian food with indian spice here, the kofta too was spicy which made us wonder . The quantity of naan was good with 4 pieces but the mango lassi was in a real small glass. Krauter lassi had dil in it which was a surprise. All in all good ambience with decent food.

Worst experience ever from a restaurant in Germany for an Indian family!! Went all the way from Altona looking for an Indian restaurant with an elderly couple and a 1 year old. Walked out in less than 5 minutes.. Was met by an extremely rude and unwelcoming waiter who looked down upon us the moment we entered .. extremely poor customer service, we felt extremely uncomfortable with the way he was treating us and we left immediately feeling low and insulted .. never again at this place .. the waiter needs to be seriously trained in serving customers at a restaurant. These are the kind of people who can simply spoil the efforts put in by the owners and totally bring down the place .. Incidentally , walked into another restaurant called ‘Peter Pane’ were we had a lovely time .. The incident happened on 7th June 2019 at around 4.30 pm..

Not an Indian taste! The food arrived very late and the billing request was delayed further. The panner tikka masala tasted somewhat sweet, which suits more like a European style.

The food in the Goa in Hamburg is great! Incredibly tasty and nicely arranged so that you can portion rice and the dish yourself. Price / performance ratio is also very good. The staff is also very nice and helpful, the next time we are in Hamburg, it will be the first address for a nice dinner.

Very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was very tasty and the service was great. Since it was my birthday, I even had birthday decorations on the table. I would love to come back :)

Best Indian food we've had in Hamburg! Delicious, flavorful food and fantastic service. The owner even came to double check that we were satisfied with our meal (we were!). We're very glad this restaurant has opened in Blankenese.
